Job Title: Business Development/ Sales
Reporting To: Managing Director
Location: Ireland
Purpose: To develop and grow the client and revenue base of Reconnaissance Security Ltd
Key Tasks:
• Understand thoroughly the day-to-day operations of the core business
• To create and build strong working relationships with direct clients
• To introduce new business and substantially increase company revenue
• To meet and exceed revenue targets set by the company
• Generate own leads
• Cold-call potential clients
• Develop and update the database daily
• To assist and attend client functions and events
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and professional manner and in compliance with company procedures
• Provide weekly, quarterly and annual sales reports in line with company requirements
• Actively keep up to date on technological developments within the industry
• Develop sales forecast and work closely with Financial Director on this
Essential Qualifications:
• At least 4+ years client facing sales experience
• Full clean drivers licence
• Security industry knowledge
Personal Specification:
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent customer relationship-building record
• Computer literacy and presentation ability
• Proven successful track record in working in a target driven role
• An ability to negotiate contracts together with developing pricing models
• Highly motivated individual who works strongly on own initiative
• Flexibility to take on specific projects in line with company development strategy
• Pro-active disposition
Training:
Full disclosure will be given to the candidate regarding the operating costs and future strategy of the company in order to meet the objectives of this assignment
